DELIVERY AND RETURN CONDITIONS

For your orders within Turkey, the products you ordered before 15:00 on weekdays will be delivered to the cargo on the same day if "available in stock", or within the first business day if they cannot be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 15:00 will be shipped the next business day. Your international orders are transferred to UPS Cargo between Monday and Thursday and delivered to your address within 3 to 5 business days at the latest. Shipping charges may vary depending on your region and the shipping amount is reflected in the cart. For products that take time to supply, the cargo delivery time is 3 business days as stated in the product detail.

There are no exchanges or returns on evening dresses, products with delicate fabrics, stones, or products with removed or used labels.

To return the product, you can send it via Yurtiçi Kargo with the code 427658402. During the product return process, the shipping fee must be paid by the customer.
