For orders within Turkey, products ordered before 3:00 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same day if they are "in stock." Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be shipped the following business day. International orders will be delivered to your address within 7 business days. Shipping costs may vary depending on your location, and the shipping cost will be reflected in your shopping cart. The "BUYER" and the "SELLER" will be notified for products that are out of stock and take longer to be delivered.
Products with removed tags or used products cannot be exchanged or returned.
You only have one option (exchange or return) for purchased products. Exchanges and returns are not accepted for products that will be made according to your request via special order.
