2) CREDIT CARD ON THE WEBSITE

You can use our online single payment or iyzico online installment options for all credit cards. For online payments, your credit card will be charged at the end of your order. In case of order cancellations or stock issues, the refund will be processed within 2-8 business days.

3) ORDER REFUND

In case your order is canceled for any reason, the COMPANY will refund the product price to your account and/or credit card within 2-8 business days. However, you must provide your bank account and/or credit card information accurately and completely to our company's financial officers.

4) DELIVERY

We strive to deliver the products you order on the same day. For products that require time to be delivered, the delivery time is 3 business days, as specified in the product details. You will be notified in the event of a possible delivery delay. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide your current location as the delivery address within the day. Your requests will be processed according to the delivery type you specified at the end of your order. Products from our Istanbul-based company will be shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo. After your orders are confirmed, they will be delivered to the Kargo company within two (2) business days at the latest. You can contact our customer representative to discuss different delivery terms. Furthermore, cargo deliveries are only available in Turkey.

5) PAYMENT TRACKING

If the system cannot process the transaction due to any issue, our visitors will be notified on the payment page. In the event of an error at the specified address, the orderer will be contacted regarding the undelivered order. The validity of the email address provided by our visitors is confirmed by an automatic email sent after the order is placed. We are responsible for the delivery process not only to the customer but also to the bank we use to process the delivery.

Please note!

Open and inspect any packages you suspect to have been damaged during shipment in the presence of a representative of the receiving company. If you suspect any damage to the product, a report will be filed with the shipping company and you will not accept the product. Once the product is received, the shipping company is deemed to have fulfilled its duty. If the product is damaged: Please email the report you have prepared to info@shopaisa.com. If you follow these steps, we will begin working on your package and ensure the delivery is repeated as soon as possible. Briefly explaining your reason for returning the product in this email will help us further process the product.
