Delivery and Return Conditions

For orders within Turkey, products ordered before 3:00 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same day if they are "in stock." Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be shipped the following business day. International orders will be delivered to your address within 7 business days. Shipping costs may vary depending on your location, and the shipping cost will be reflected in your shopping cart. For products that are out of stock and take longer to arrive, the BUYER will be notified by the SELLER.

You have only one option (exchange or return) for purchased products. Exchanges and returns are not accepted for products that are made upon request and accessories.

Exchanges and returns are not accepted for products with removed or used labels.
